- Report to Manager, Mortgage Recoveries at Bridgewater Bank.
- Administer a portfolio of tax arrears accounts to bring the tax accounts into good standing.
- Analyze customer’s financial situations, offer loans where applicable, set up of loan facilities and payment of proceeds.
- Communicate with customers when the bank receives cancellations of home insurance policies, to obtain proof of replacement policies.
- Process bankruptcy and consumer proposal documents to ensure accuracy, and action when our property is being vacated.
- Uphold Bridgewater Bank's standards of excellence, consistently adhering to Corporate Compliance requirements and embodying our values of integrity and accountability.
- You have post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., business/commerce, business management, finance, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience working within a lending institution environment.
- You have at least 1 year of direct customer service experience.
