Your responsibilities will be

• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters with corporate clients and software partners.
• Manage day-to-day operational issues and liaise with our Professional Services team and IT departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Develop processes and guidelines relevant to the team.
• Utilize strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers.

You are looking for us if you have

• Fluency in German and English.
• Technical (IT) or commercial knowledge.
• Experience in customer service or support with a technical or professional service focus.
• Experience in payment transactions, financial messaging, corporate treasury, SWIFT, or treasury software is advantageous.
• Proficiency in telephone and written communication with international business customers.
• Strong analytical skills, networked thinking, and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Are able to work in a 12-hour shift schedule
