💼 Job Details

• Position: Customer & Sales Specialist

• Contract: Permanent

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 09:00–18:00

• Work Setup: Hybrid

— Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from the office

— Thursday and Friday from home

• Training: One week, from 10:00–17:00

✅ Requirements

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• A customer-focused and results-driven mindset

• Previous sales experience is a plus

• German B2 and English B1

💰 Compensation

• 5,969 RON net per month

— 5,569 RON net salary

— 400 RON office/work-from-home allowance

🎯 Additional Bonuses

• Atain performance bonus averaging approximately €200, based on achievement

• Client sales incentive calculated at 7% of eligible account revenue, averaging approximately €400–€500

• Additional performance bonus opportunities

• Weekend shifts, when required, are paid 25% extra
