Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and provide information regarding the company’s products and services. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through social media channels and to walk-in customers at the office.
• Record and follow up on customer interactions and related transactions in a systematic manner.
• Collect and maintain records of customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and customer information for analysis and service improvement.
• Update the customer database and prepare monthly reports for management.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Experience. Experience in Social Media Customer Service will be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a positive mindset.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and basic reporting skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
