We are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our Electronic After-Sales Service team. In this role, you will assist customers following their product purchase, handling tasks such as issuing invoices, processing product returns, and managing damage claims.

The position primarily involves inbound customer calls, providing support and solutions to ensure a positive post-purchase experience.

Worklocation: Bhiraj Tower, Bangma

Job Description

• Receive inbound calls from customers regarding after-sales service.
• Perform after-sales service tasks for customers. (e.g. issue product invoices, handle product returns when customers are dissatisfied with the products they purchase through official store, replace products for customers in case they are defective)
• Provide inventory stock checks for customers through phone calls. (e.g. customers ask to check if the new product is available to buy at official store's branch.)

• 3 shifts (9.00 – 18.00, 10.00 – 19.00, 12.00 – 21.00)
• Shifts will be announced 2 weeks or 1 month in advance
• 2 days off (can be split in some cases)
• 1-month training

• Bachelor's degree (completed graduation certificate)
• Fluent in languages Thai & English proficiency: B2 (speak,read, write)
• New graduates are welcome
• Work Location: Onsite 100%

Has program required basic skill set to perform routine tasks within simple processes but lacking program/product specific knowledge. Works with close supervision and clearly defined procedures. Starting to demonstrate familiarity with client terminology, operating standards and procedures. Starter without sustained metric performance levels.
