Role: Customer Operations Specialist (Cash & Distribution)

Location: Unit 33, Sandyford, Dublin

Working Pattern: 12 months, onsite

Pay Rate: €15.87 per hour (37 hours per week)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Cash & Distribution teams as Customer Operations Specialists.

Successful candidates will work across different teams within Cash & Distribution, helping to ensure critical customer and business activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day processing of operational activities across Cash & Distribution teams.
• Complete tasks accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Follow established procedures and controls.
• Investigate and resolve queries, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver positive customer outcomes.
