Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales and product support for all branch customers, resolving queries with expert advice
- Complete administration tasks including invoicing, inventory receipting, credits, and daily banking
- Become a product expert — master the features and benefits of our range to deliver real solutions
- Maintain suitable stock levels and take part in stocktakes, cycle counts, and stock adjustments
- Load and unload trucks safely, and assist with customer deliveries
- Operate a forklift to move product around the site (or willingness to be trained)
- Keep the branch, yard, and work areas clean, tidy, and safe using 5S methodology
- Follow credit control procedures and keep dockets accurate and correctly filed
- Fluency in Mandarin and English — to support our Mandarin-speaking customer base
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy across orders and administration
- A genuine team player who communicates well and pitches in where needed
- The ability to handle pressure and juggle multiple tasks during busy periods
- Practical understanding of health and safety practices
- Ability to physically handle and move products up to 20kg
- Full NZ driver licence (Class 1) with F endorsement preferred
- Forklift experience/certification an advantage, or willingness to be trained
