We are looking for Greek Speaker Customer Support Specialists to join our young and enthusiast team that will develop, nurture, and maintain a professional relationship with our clients located in Greece.

Your main mission:

• You will be the company`s voice, so we are relying on you to make a good impression on our customers, giving them kind and helpful answers;
• We want it to be easy for you to put yourself in the place of your conversation partner, empathize with him and help him as much as possible;
• Because you`ll be answering both verbally and in writing, you must have a coherent and grammatically correct speech in any case you will dialogue with the client;
• We know that you will not be able to please everyone and that is why it is important for you to be able to tell the difference between the customer`s dissatisfaction with the product and purely frustration, managing not to take the blame personally;
• We mentioned the product, that is because, you will be at the forefront when it comes to feedback and we expect you to work with us to develop new features, services or products;
• Everything that happens at Flip.ro is a team effort --- with an emphasis on collaboration.

The professional value you bring:

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experiente working as a customer support specialist;
• Excellent speaking and writing skills;
• English, written and spoken, at an intermediate level;
• Good MS Office Skills(Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Problem-solving skills;
• E-Commerce experience is a bonus;
• The desire to be better than yesterday.
