Lensing is ERP reinvented for the AI era. Founded in 2020, we’re building the first enterprise-grade ERP designed for the modern enterprise combining finance, operations, people, and cloud cost management in a single, AI-native platform. With $140M raised from Sutter Hill Ventures, Altimeter, Redpoint, and D1, we operate as a global team across Mountain View, Heidelberg, London and Porto Alegre.
Our product replaces the fragile “GL + add-ons” stack with a unified system that automates billing, revenue recognition, multi-entity accounting, spend, and more. With innovations like Lensing’s Live Sandbox and AI-powered agents, we make it safe and fast for companies to change pricing, launch new products, expand internationally, and operate with real-time visibility.
We’re a builder-led company with deep roots in enterprise software and we’re on a mission to redefine the operational core for the next generation of companies.
As a Sales Development Representative at Lensing, you'll be the front line of our go-to-market motion – identifying and engaging the finance and operations leaders who are ready to move beyond legacy ERP systems. You'll own top-of-funnel pipeline generation, working closely with Account Executives to turn cold outreach into qualified opportunities. This is a chance to help define how a category-defining AI-native ERP company talks to its earliest customers, with real influence over messaging and process as we scale.
- Generate high-quality pipeline through personalized outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Conduct account research, identify key decision-makers, and build early relationships with prospects across verticals
- Partner closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts, messaging, and opportunity quality, not just meeting volume
- Become a subject-matter expert on Lensing's platform and how it compares to legacy and bolt-on ERP solutions
- Consistently hit pipeline and meeting-quality targets
Essential Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in a call center related field; SaaS or ERP experience a plus
- Comfortable making cold calls for most of the workday, every day as this role is high-volume, phone-first outbound prospecting

- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging finance and technical stakeholders
- Self-starter with grit and strong analytical instincts
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote, fast-moving startup environment
- Track record of hitting activity or pipeline targets
