Data Entry

📍 Location: Republic of Georgia based, remote

As a Data Entry, you will play an important role in supporting healthcare facilities by ensuring staffing data is collected, verified, and submitted accurately and on time. You'll proceed with large datasets, maintain data integrity, communicate with clients, and help ensure compliance with CMS reporting requirements. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with data, solving problems, and delivering accurate results in a fast-paced environment.

🚀 What You'll Do:

📥 Collect, review, and organize staffing data from multiple sources.

🔍 Verify data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and resolve discrepancies.

📈 Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and internal databases.

💻 Enter, update, and validate information while ensuring high data quality.

⏰ Support timely submission of staffing data in accordance with CMS requirements.

🤝 Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding data questions and corrections.

📑 Assist with reporting, audits, and ongoing process improvements.

🗂️ Maintain organized documentation and ensure information is securely stored and backed up.

✅ What We're Looking For:

🎓 High school diploma or equivalent.

💼 1+ years of experience in data entry, administration, reporting, or a similar role.

🌍 Good command of English (written and spoken).

📊 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

🎯 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

⚡ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

🧩 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
