👤 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Facilitating onboarding for doctors joining U.S. healthcare organizations.

✔️ Managing documentation, card issuance, and internal forms for new hires.

✔️ Providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition experience.

✔️ Collaborating with HR and recruitment teams to optimize onboarding workflows.

✔️ Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all actions comply with company policies


📚 What You Bring to the Table:

✅ Proficiency in English (B2+ level) – clear and professional communication is essential.

✅ Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or recruitment roles.

✅ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

✅ A supportive, solution-focused approach to helping new hires navigate the process.

✅ Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
