Main Responsibilities

• Efficiently manages orders
• Manages relationships with clients and with the sales force
• Generates and updates clients statements
• Manages promotional agreements entered with clients
• Reports any variances in sales strategy implementation
• Detects any possible process critical areas
• Promotes Company Principles and Values

Native or fluent German (C1) and English (C1);

Basic account skills: credits, debits, and balances

Experience in the areas of customer services support, preferably within FMCG, retail would be an asset;

SAP familiarity will be considered as strong asset;

Communication skills and readiness to work in cross international environment;

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

General computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office;
