Customer Success Specialist

FEWLR is a small but fast-growing company that makes it easy for customers to order home heating oil through our mobile app, "FEWLR", and we’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to grow with us!

In this role, you’ll be a friendly, dependable voice of our company: answering customer phone calls, responding to customer messages, and replying to customer emails with promptness and professionalism. You’ll help customers solve problems, guide them through using our service, and make every interaction a positive experience.

Beyond support, you’ll also play a key role in outreach by connecting with current and past customers to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business. This is part customer service, part marketing, and a great fit for someone who’s enthusiastic, people-oriented, and ready to take part in an exciting, growing business.

What we’re looking for:

• Prior customer service experience (phone, email, in-person, or chat support).
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple conversations at once.
• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn our application, our website, and our processes.
• Excited to be part of a small team where your contributions make a real impact.

Working Arrangements:

• This position requires a minimum of two in-person days per week in our Newington, CT office. In-person days are subject to increase to three in-person days per week during the peak winter season. This is not a fully remote position.
• The introductory training period in the first month of employment may call for up to four in-person days per week.
