Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via assigned support channels
• Following established procedures and scripts to resolve straightforward issues
• Documenting customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Escalating complex or unusual cases to more experienced team members
• Learning product features, policies, and support procedures
• Meeting individual performance targets under supervision
• Participating in training and developing customer service competencies
• Providing a positive customer experience through professional, courteous interactions

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Romanian and very good knowledge of English
• Customer service skills
• Financial markets knowledge
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• CRM and ticketing system basics
• Adaptability and openness to feedback
