Agentic AI Engineer / Architect (Mid to Senior / Staff)

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer / Architect to design, build, and scale autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in LLMs, agent orchestration frameworks, and production-grade AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents with tool-calling, planning, reasoning, and memory capabilities
• Build multi-agent orchestration and workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain
• Implement RAG, long-term / short-term memory, and context management for agents
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs (FastAPI) for agent deployment
• Architect resilient, event-driven and state-machine based agentic systems
• Work on LLM infrastructure, vector databases, and MLOps for production scaling
• Define evaluation frameworks, observability, and performance optimization for agents
• Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams for enterprise integration

Must-Have Skills:
Python, LLMs / LLM APIs, LangChain, LangGraph / CrewAI / AutoGen, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Tool-calling / Function Execution, ReAct & Planning Loops, Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate), FastAPI, System Design, Evaluation & Observability, Kubernetes, MLOps

Preferred Skills:
Temporal, Event-Driven Architecture, Knowledge Graphs, Fine-tuning, Distributed Systems, Cost Optimization for LLMs, Enterprise API Integrations

Qualification:
B.Tech / M.Tech / MS in Computer Science, AI, or related field with proven experience in AI / GenAI / Agentic AI projects.
