Mediabound is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support international guests before, during, and after their experiences in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Customer support via email and chat
• Booking modifications and assistance
• Review management
• OTA support
• Coordination with internal teams

Requirements

• Business-level Japanese
• Business-level English
• Customer service experience preferred

Compensation

¥280,000–¥320,000/month

Based on experience and performance.
