International Operations Specialist

About the Role

International SOS is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented International Operations Specialist to join our Taipei Assistance Centre. In this role, you will coordinate medical and security assistance services for members and clients worldwide, ensuring each case is handled efficiently, professionally, and with genuine care.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for members, clients, service providers, and internal teams
• Manage and coordinate assistance cases in line with company policies and procedures
• Apply the principle of “Assist First, Verify Later” while progressing cases in the best interests of members and clients
• Handle calls and inbound requests promptly, professionally, and courteously
• Manage an assigned caseload during each shift and ensure clear, accurate communication during handovers
• Arrange appropriate logistics to support members’ medical and security needs
• Escalate cases according to company protocols when necessary
• Maintain continuity and quality of service delivery at all times
• Work closely with operations colleagues, medical teams, and other International SOS centres globally
• Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned by the manager

• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or coordination role (e.g., hospitality, healthcare, travel, automotive, or related service industries preferred)
• Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
• Tertiary education preferred
