Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Londonderry, NH, for a Construction Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key responsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets and schedules, and overseeing construction plans and progress. You will also ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Proficiency in Project Coordination and Project Management
• Strong understanding of Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Experience with construction technology and project management software is a plus
