Payments Support Administrator
Indexed description
To support our growth and become a leader in the European consumer billing market we are looking for a Payments Support Administrator to join our Payments Support team in Stockholm.
About the role:
As a Payments Support Administrator, you will be a key person in our team, working at the intersection of payments, compliance, and operational support. The role is a mix of administrative tasks and customer support, where your work has a direct impact on our financial integrity.
It’s a role for someone who finds genuine satisfaction in digging into data, clearing queues, getting into a flow, taking ownership of their tasks, and ensuring that everything is resolved by the end of the day.
Primary responsibilities:
- Payment Matching: Handle the daily matching of payments, ensuring that every transaction is correctly allocated. This involves checking bank records against our internal systems to make sure everything adds up.
- Reporting & Data Handling: Prepare and distribute payment lists to our creditors on a regular basis. You will organize the data and ensure everything is delivered securely and accurately.
- Customer & Client Support: Take active part in our daily phone and chat schedules, delivering high-quality support to clients and customers regarding payment inquiries and troubleshooting any issues.
- Compliance & Screening: Perform security checks, KYC reviews, and sanction screenings to ensure we follow financial regulations and keep our platform safe.
- Process Efficiency: While your main focus is on execution, we value your input. You will help us spot bugs or bottlenecks in our daily routines to make our processes even better.
What will help you succeed:
- Previous experience from working in structured administrative or operational roles, such as back-office, payment operations, or case-heavy customer support.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate administrative systems, including Excel, Zendesk, CM1 and Notion.
- Experience working with financial transactions, KYC (Know Your Customer), or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) is a plus.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is required. Fluency in German is a plus.
We're committed to your long-term development, offering clear career progression paths. You'll also enjoy a fantastic benefits package, including 30 (+2) days of holiday, an occupational pension, a generous wellness allowance, sick leave top-up, and parental leave compensation.
