Job Description:

About the role:

We are looking for a motivatedTechnical Support Specialistto provide assistance for innovative AR (Augmented Reality) glasses. This is a non-voice role, meaning all communication is handled via chat and email—no phone support required.

• Location: Fully Remote
• Schedule: Late & Night Shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM / 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM EET)
• Working Days: Monday to Sunday (rotational schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via chat and email
• Troubleshoot issues related to AR glasses and associated software
• Deliver clear, accurate, and timely solutions
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases

Qualifications:

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a strong advantage
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working late and night shifts
