Customer Experience Specialist

Are you passionate about media, data, and delivering top-tier customer experiences? Isentia is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team across Southeast Asia!

About The Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our clients turn media data into actionable insights. You will work closely with our regional commercial, operations, and success teams to manage client briefs, refine media search parameters, and deliver exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

• Elevate Client Experience: Deliver quick, accurate, and high-quality customer service support to resolve client queries.
• Master Search & Relevance: Interpret client briefs and build targeted search queries using Boolean logic across media monitoring platforms.
• Drive Data Accuracy: Keep client information and activity up-to-date in Salesforce CRM and internal management apps.
• Problem Solve: Investigate data relevance queries and assist in client retention efforts through regular brief reviews.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1-3 years in customer experience or client support.
• Education: Bachelor Degree from any major
• Skills:
• Fluent in English and Indonesia both oral and written, as you are going to work with SEA team.
• Solid grasp of Big Data concepts, search engines, and Boolean logic.
• Technical proficiency with office apps (Salesforce experience is a big plus!).
• Mindset: High attention to detail, curiosity for news and current affairs, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
