Customer Service Representative

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in California. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate and updated customer records in the system.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapting to different customer situations and finding appropriate solutions.
• Ensuring all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.
• Providing feedback on customer interactions to improve the overall customer service process.
• Maintaining a professional and polite attitude when interacting with customers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Work Hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay:

• Competitive pay range of $20 - $25 per hour.
