Membership Support Representative

Overview:

California Farm Bureau is seeking a dedicated Membership Support Representative to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our members receive exceptional service and support, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to the overall mission of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with membership acquisition, retention, and renewal strategies through data-driven outreach and engagement activities.
• Prepare membership reports, track key performance indicators, and support administrative projects that advance membership growth and retention objectives.
• Maintain and update member records, engagement data, and reporting within the CRM system to support organizational goals and decision-making.
• Monitor membership trends, feedback, and participation metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the member experience.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of membership resources, communications, workflows, and operational processes.
• Provide support for escalated member inquiries or complex member experience issues, partnering with appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist members with inquiries related to membership benefits, services, and programs.
• Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of membership-related events, campaigns, and strategic engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of membership support processes and resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or member support role, preferably in an agricultural or nonprofit setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of agriculture industry and issues affecting farmers and ranchers is a plus.
• Commitment to the mission and values of California Farm Bureau.

Salary Range: $23.00/hr. to $25.00/hr.
