IPACK is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Sales and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The position is primarily remote, with occasional attendance at the company’s location when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and process orders received through the company’s website.

• Handle customer inquiries and sales conversations through WhatsApp.

• Respond to customer questions regarding the company’s products and services.

• Answer incoming sales and customer service calls.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and targeted organizations to generate sales opportunities and arrange meetings.

• Manage and monitor the company’s online stores on Noon, Amazon, and Trendyol.

• Monitor and respond to emails received through the company’s sales and general information email accounts.

• Coordinate with the marketing agency and review the social media posts and content prepared by the agency.

• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records of orders, inquiries, and sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in e-commerce sales or customer service.

• Experience managing online stores and e-commerce platforms.

• Experience communicating with customers through WhatsApp, social media, email, and other digital channels.

• Good telephone sales and outbound calling skills.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer follow-up skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong commitment, professionalism, and responsiveness.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Ability to work independently in a remote working environment.

The company will provide the selected candidate with a computer and the necessary work tools.
