Hotline Customer Service Representative

• Note: This role is fully remote and based in Eastern Time (Columbus, OH). We are also hiring for the same role in Central Time (San Antonio, TX) and Pacific Time (Bakersfield, CA).
• Compensation: $17–$19 per hour, plus a 13th-month bonus.

Your Responsibilities：

As part of our Customer Service team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — and a key part of what makes their experience with us a good one.

1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and live chat in a timely and professional manner

2. Support customers with questions related to orders, delivery status, and product information

3. Help customers with basic product usage, setup, and accessory questions

4. Accurately log customer interactions and follow through on open issues, whether that means resolving them directly or escalating to the right team;

5. Represent our brand with friendliness and consistency across every customer touchpoint.

Languages：

1. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

2. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus — we serve a diverse customer base and Chinese-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple customer interactions without dropping the ball;
