Role Description The Travel Advisor role at Luxury Destinations By Dani is a full-time, remote position focused on helping clients plan and book exceptional vacations. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, researching destinations and accommodations, and preparing customized itineraries. The Travel Advisor will manage travel arrangements such as resort bookings, cruise reservations, and package recommendations aligned with partner brands. Additional tasks include handling inquiries via phone, email, and messaging, maintaining accurate client records, and following up after trips to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive client experience at every stage of the travel process.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to clearly present travel options, explain policies, and respond promptly to client questions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Agency operations, including booking procedures, vendor coordination, and itinerary management.
• Familiarity with major travel brands (e.g., resorts, cruises, family destinations) and interest in luxury or premium travel experiences.
• Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is beneficial, as is certification or training in travel services.
• Ability to use online booking tools, and standard office software to manage client information and reservations.
