French Customer Support Specialist (Remote – Braga Area)

Location: Remote (within 50 km of the Braga office)

Start Date: 16 July 2026

Contract: 6 months renewable

About The Role

We are hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Representative for a healthcare software project.

In this role, you will support healthcare professionals by phone and email, helping them use the software effectively and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support healthcare professionals by phone with software-related questions
• Handle incoming requests and make proactive outbound calls when needed
• Train users by phone on how to use the services
• Process email requests quickly and efficiently
• Advise clients and answer questions about the product
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Fluency in French
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable providing support by phone and email
• Ability to explain software/product information clearly
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset
• Must live within 50 km of the Braga office
• Must have the legal right to work in Portugal

Monday to Friday

Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 17:30

Days off: Saturday and Sunday

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: €930 gross/month × 14 months

Complexity Bonus: €25/month × 11 months

Performance Bonus: up to €140/month × 12 months

Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day

• Remote position, but candidates must live within 50 km of the Braga office
• No relocation package provided
• 6-month renewable contract
