What You’ll Do

• Connect virtually with individuals, families, and small business owners

• Learn about clients’ goals, needs, and priorities

• Educate clients on available options and help them make informed decisions

• Assist clients throughout the application process

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and client communication through virtual tools and CRM systems

• Participate in team meetings, coaching, training, and professional development
