You’ll sit at the center of the engagement — understanding client expectations, keeping communication flowing, coordinating key activities, and making sure commitments don’t get lost between teams.
The role requires someone who is commercially aware, highly organized, tech comfortable, and confident working in an environment that moves quickly.
Candidates with experience in AI, SaaS, technology startups, digital agencies, or other modern remote-first businesses are especially encouraged to apply.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day rhythm of assigned client engagements.
- Establish clear communication channels and working expectations with clients.
- Coordinate meetings, action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
- Keep track of commitments across clients and internal teams.
- Ensure important information reaches the right people at the right time.
- Recognize changes in client sentiment, priorities, or expectations.
- Address engagement challenges before they escalate.
- Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate solutions and next steps.
- Help clients navigate changes, new initiatives, and evolving requirements.
- Capture feedback and identify recurring themes that could improve our services.
- Contribute to client-facing materials, updates, reports, and presentations.
- Support leadership with escalations and high-priority client initiatives.
- Help develop repeatable engagement practices as the company scales.
- 3+ years of experience in client engagement, partnerships, customer success, project coordination, consulting, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with technology-enabled businesses or startup environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with excellent organizational ability.
- Confidence communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing several conversations and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written English and professional communication skills.
- Technologically comfortable and quick to adopt new software.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Good judgment when handling sensitive or ambiguous situations.
- Ability to work effectively without extensive supervision.
- You’ve worked in a fast-moving startup or technology environment.
- You’re comfortable with tools, automation, dashboards, and digital workflows.
- You can manage relationships without becoming overly reactive to every request.
- You know how to keep people aligned without micromanaging them.
- You’re naturally curious and enjoy understanding how businesses work.
- You can bring calm, structure, and clarity when multiple priorities are competing.
