What You'll Do:

  • Support the Software Licensing team by managing customer requests and administrative sales functions, predominantly, software renewals, net new software licensing quotes and processing customer purchase orders
  • Respond to inbound communications and assist with quoting, order management and issue resolution through a shared inbox and ticketing case systems
  • Liaise with internal Account Managers and external partner vendors to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Contribute to sales productivity by identifying upsell opportunities and leveraging vendor promotions
  • Maintain accurate data and prepare customer transaction reports
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders


What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in a fast-faced high volume customer service, sales support, or licensing role within the IT industry
  • Entry level candidates or graduates with willingness to learn in fast-paced customer service and sales support environments will be considered
  • IT industry experience is preferred, however candidates with relevant experience in other industries will also be considered
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to negotiate to obtain best pricing from vendors and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working across multiple systems simultaneously
  • A team-focused approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Some knowledge of IT licensing programs and partner tools is highly desirable
  • Experience working in salesforce or similar CRM's and Dynamics 365 is highly desirable


Essential Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship (required due to client security and contractual obligations)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Certificate
  • Tertiary qualifications desirable but not mandatory
