Location: Fairhope, AL

Pay: $16/hour

Experience: Previous customer service experience

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

Clark Personnel is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent service
• Process orders, invoices, and customer claims
• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Develop and maintain product knowledge
• Assist with training and onboarding new customer service representatives
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation

Position Requirements

• Claims handling experience preferred
• Strong data entry and 10-key skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Computer proficiency
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
