Job Description

As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting members by providing helpful information, answering questions, and ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their journey with our company. This position involves communicating with members over the phone and assisting with general inquiries, account updates, and program-related questions. We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
• Accurately document all customer/patient interactions
• Review and update all accounts in internal systems, including payment status, missing documentation, and eligibility details
• Guide patients through required paperwork and explain next steps in a clear, supportive manner
• Resolve questions related to account status, documentation, and program requirements
• Adhere to compliance standards, call quality expectations, and internal processes

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service
• Adept at handling a high volume of calls
• Strong customer retention skills
• Proficient in basic computer programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification
