Role Description This Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary resource for all customers in their specific territory. This person is the voice of the customer. They are responsible for creating a positive customer experience in all day-to-

day contact with many different engagements.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver strong Customer Service and Customer Support, focusing on clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Experience enhancing Customer Satisfaction through problem-solving, empathy, and follow-through on commitments.
• Skills in managing and improving overall Customer Experience, including handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a related customer-facing role in manufacturing or B2B environments is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, order management tools, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, databases).
• Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• College degree or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
