Support advertisers running paid digital advertising campaignsHandle end-to-end product troubleshooting via email and chatAssist with campaign setup, optimization, and performance inquiriesCollaborate with internal Product Operations and Engineering teamsDrive customer satisfaction across the full case lifecycleEnsure adherence to SLAs, productivity targets, and quality KPIsProactively identify initiatives to improve service quality and user experienceEducate advertisers on product features and common issue types in partnership with internal specialistsWhat We're Looking For

Mandatory experience in paid campaign managementDegree in Marketing or a related fieldHands-on experience in Digital MarketingExperience in a Contact Centre or Advertising Tech service programStrong knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentalsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation & Benefits

Base salary: €920 gross × 14 monthsComplexity bonus: €40 gross × 11 monthsMeal allowance: €7.63 per working dayHealth insurance: from day 1 (employee contribution applies;
