Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Dutch and English.
• Respond to customer enquiries clearly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information and solutions.
• Guide customers through available services, procedures, and processes.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative remote working environment.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Good command of English.
• Must already reside in Portugal.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday.

Working Conditions

• Fully remote position within Portugal.
• Monday-to-Friday schedule.
• Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
• Saturdays and Sundays off.
• Work equipment provided by the company.
• Equipment collection or delivery depends on the candidate's distance from the office.
