Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines and legal standards
• Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone to Norwegian-speaking players
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and positive user experience
• Document and report moderation findings and customer interactions
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance moderation skills and product knowledge

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and a strong command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to assess user-generated content
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture
