This job exists to provide rapid and high-quality customer service by managing orders, resolving claims, and ensuring accurate invoicing and timely cash collection. Additionally, it aims to build strong client relationships and streamline the onboarding process for new clients. The role will be integral in helping improve the overall efficiency of the UK market from an operational/logistics/customer service perspective.

• Providing a rapid & quality customer service: order issues & volume issues to our distributor Peter Green Chilled, handle custom, transport issues, our retail and OOH customers
• Manage stock at our consignment depot and our ERP stock system
• Invoicing & cash collection : create invoice in our ERP, solve invoice issues within 2 days, cash collection in collaboration with finance in case of litigation
• Build strong client relationships by keeping a regular warm contact and proactive approach
• Respond to customer KPI’s & compare with own data
• Smoothen the client start : make sure we have the relevant data with sales, provide extra care to first orders
• Control invoices of logistics and transport for the UK scope
• Create and analyze with ownership customer service reporting and score-cards
• Support the UK market by maximizing sales opportunities through excellent customer service, stock management and client relationships

Profil recherché

• You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in order management and invoicing
• You are very comfortable with numbers and Excel !
• You love pampering your clients and go the extra mile with your swift & qualitative service
• You are strong in building relationships
• You know how to keep your cool in stressful situations
• You have outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
• You thrive in a fast-moving startup environment!
• You are Fluent in English as your customers are UK-based

Déroulement des entretiens

You will have a first video call with HR and a second interview with your future manager, Gabrielle, followed by a business case!
