What You’ll Do
- Work in Oracle JDE and SAP order processing
- Serve as a trusted resource for customers via phone and written communication
- Manage customer orders from entry to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, logistics, billing, and products
- Coordinate with Sales, Transportation, Production, Credit, and Plant teams to resolve service issues and support customer needs
- Proactively monitor orders and communicate updates, changes, and resolutions
- Research customer concerns and contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners to provide exceptional account support
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Oracle JDE or SAP order processing application knowledge preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service, account management, or related experience preferred
- Strong customer-first mindset and commitment to service excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree in business related field preferred
- Oracle JDE or SAP order processing application knowledge preferred
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices preferred
- Experience in food/beverage industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft® Office Suites, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
- Ability to read and write English and keep records; bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
