🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Interact with patients and coordinate appointments and schedules
• Answer calls and support patients with professionalism and empathy
• Act as the bridge between patients and healthcare providers
• Assist with patient intake and accurate data entry
• Keep clinic workflows running smoothly behind the scenes

What We Are Looking For

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Can-do attitude + not afraid of a challenge + willingness to learn and grow
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable multitasking in a demanding environment
• Experience in customer service, call centers, or healthcare = a plus
• Familiarity with EMRs = a bonus (we’ll train you too)
