Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Specialist based in Lafayette, LA. The role involves assisting clients with their insurance inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. On a daily basis, the specialist will handle customer calls, provide information on insurance products and policies, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and fostering a positive Customer Experience
• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction techniques and resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and clear, professional communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately maintain client records
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Previous experience in an insurance or customer-facing role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
