Our culture is built on INSPIRED’s unique behaviours and colleague experience, creating an environment that excites, empowers, and puts people and pets at the heart of everything we do.ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be responsible for managing customer interactions across calls and written communication, ensuring a high-quality service experience while supporting customer retention and identifying opportunities for commercial development.Respond to inbound customer calls with clarity, professionalism, and efficiency, demonstrating excellent communication skills, active listening, and identifying opportunities for advice and commercial developmentManage customer requests via email with accuracy and attention to detail, providing tailored responses and promoting relevant products and servicesEnsure end-to-end customer follow-up (mainly by phone and in writing), including order management, subscription updates, payment follow-ups, parcel tracking, and service quality monitoringBuild strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term loyaltyUnderstand individual customer needs and propose tailored solutionsIdentify and support upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriateContribute actively to achieving team performance and commercial objectivesAbout youPrevious experience in a commercial and/or customer service roleStrong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-oriented approachExcellent phone manner, active listening skills, and empathy in both spoken and written interactionsComfortable using Google suite and business tools (ERP, back office systems)Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage administrative tasks calmly and accuratelyExcellent writing skills with strong spelling and grammarProactive, autonomous, and reactive with a strong sense of ownershipEquality, Diversity & InclusionINSPIRED Pet Nutrition is committed to building an inclusive workplace that reflects the diversity of the colleagues and communities we serve.
