Member Experience Representative 1

HealthEZ is seeking a Member Experience Representative to join our team! Member Experience Representatives provide world-class service to help our members navigate their healthcare benefits. Member Experience Representatives provide compassionate, accurate, and efficient service to our employer groups, members, and providers while ensuring that regulatory compliance obligations are met.

• Upcoming Training Schedule for the first 4 weeks will include the following dates and times, trainings will be held at our corporate headquarters located at 7201 West 78th Street Bloomington, MN 55439. At this time, we are seeking candidates in the Twin Cities metro.
• Dates: September 14 - October 9 (4 weeks)
• Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

What You'll Do:

• Provide guidance to providers via telephone.
• Document the nature of the correspondence and resolution in call logs with detailed information.
• Research provider inquiries that were unable to be immediately resolved and provide timely follow-up communication.
• Escalate and transfer inquiries, as needed.
• Work with Member Experience team members, other internal business partners, and vendors to investigate and resolve questions and concerns raised by providers.
• Collaborate with the Member Experience Manager to develop personal goals and track progress to completion.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law, including but not limited to HIPPA.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What We Expect from you:

• Minimum of one year of experience in the customer service field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Adobe.
• Ability to type over 55 wpm
• High school diploma and/or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior healthcare experience or related insurance field preferred

Additional Opportunity Details:

Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $19.00-$20.00/hr*
