EV Concierge

Location: Remote (Michigan Residents Only)

Pay: $18/hr

Benefits: 2 weeks PTO, medical insurance with employer contribution, and 7 paid holidays.

Duration: On-going Contract

Epitec is seeking an EV Concierge to support a leading Automotive Manufacture's Electric Vehicle Customer Experience team. In this fully remote position, you'll assist current and prospective EV owners by answering questions, resolving customer concerns, helping with vehicle orders and reservations, providing charging guidance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through phone, email, and chat support.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of high-volume call center experience
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM (Typing Test Required)
• Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office workspace
• Availability to work any assigned shift after training, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience using CRM systems and managing customer cases
• Strong written communication and email support experience
• Interest in automotive technology, electric vehicles, or emerging technologies
• Experience working remotely while maintaining productivity and attendance

Schedule:

• 8-week paid training: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
• No time off permitted during training or the first 60 days on the production floor
• Production shifts may be scheduled anytime:
• Candidates must be flexible to work any shift assigned
