Role Description
Karista is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Client Service Specialist to join our growing team in Cremorne.
In this role, you will support clients seeking disability services through the Karista platform. You will engage with clients via phone, LiveChat and other channels to understand their needs, guide them through the process and ensure they are connected with the right providers.
This role combines customer care, problem solving and operational coordination in a fast-paced environment where your work directly improves outcomes for clients and providers.
This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week across Wednesday to Sunday.
The role is based in our Cremorne office five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support
- Respond to phone and other customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Understand client needs and guide them through the Karista process
- Translate complex information into clear, simple language for clients
Customer Experience
- Deliver high-quality customer care with empathy and professionalism
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client requests
- Maintain strong communication with clients, providers and the internal team
Operational Coordination
- Manage and prioritise daily client requests and case workload
- Ensure accurate documentation and use of CRM and client management systems
- Proactively plan and organise your workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks
Team Collaboration
- Actively contribute to a high-performing and collaborative team environment
- Share insights and feedback to improve customer outcomes and processes
- Support team members where needed to ensure client needs are met
Essential
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, client care or sales
- Availability to work 38 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday
- Ability to work five days per week from our Cremorne office
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High level of customer care and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to accuracy, quality and timeliness
- Experience using CRM or client management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Australian work rights required for this position
Desirable
- Prior experience in the healthcare, disability or aged care sector
- Qualifications in healthcare, social services or business
