First human a referred patient meets at PSP — by phone, email, or at the door. Owns timely first contact, pre-frames the visit so patients arrive confident, and partners with treatment coordinators and our growth team to make every new-patient handoff feel seamless. Hiring for both remote/virtual and on-site concierge versions of the role.
