Purpose

Serve as a brand ambassador who consistently delivers exceptional service to both internal and external customers, creating memorable experiences at every touchpoint.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional first impression and connect them with a Sales Associate
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions, payments, and general order support
• Coordinate customer pickup orders and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
• Work collaboratively with teammates across departments to provide a world-class customer experience
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism, care, and a solution-focused approach

• Ability to work a mixed schedule of days, evenings, and rotating weekends
• Flexibility to adapt to a workload that changes with the seasons and time of week
• Strong multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively
• A calm and confident presence to respond quickly in escalated situations, helping to de-escalate and resolve issues professionally
