Junior Customer Support Specialist with French (M/F)

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support in French.
• Responding to customer questions and resolving basic issues in a professional and friendly manner.
• Supporting customers with account, order, product or service-related enquiries.
• Following established procedures and internal guidelines when handling customer cases.
• Accurately recording customer interactions and updating information in internal systems.
• Cooperating with other teams to resolve more complex customer requests.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service and positive communication.
• Working in a 24/7 shift system, including occasional evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

• French at B2+/C1 level – you can communicate confidently with customers in everyday professional situations.
• English at B2 level or above, allowing you to communicate with international colleagues.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Basic computer skills and confidence in learning new systems and tools.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system.
• Previous customer service experience is welcome but not required – we are happy to train junior candidates.
• Motivation to develop professionally and learn about customer support in an international environment.
