T&E Specialist

The primary purpose of the job is to ensure that employees travel expense reports are processed on timely manner in accordance with travel policies.

Main Responsibilities And Tasks In The Position

• Processing employee claims accurately and in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with policy and processes
• Customer service: daily support of employees and business partners
• Take an active part in creating and keeping up to date process documentation
• Identifying process improvements initiatives and actively taking part in implementation
• Constant cooperation with various corporate divisions
• Solving discrepancies in Travel & Expense systems
• Executing internal controls
• Building and maintaining strong relationship with business partners
• Actively leading internal projects
• Sharing knowledge with other team members
• Supporting Team Members with any operational tasks and projects
• Participation in business meetings with regards to T&E topics
• Handling administrative tasks and urgent escalation matters

Required knowledge and skills.

• Relevant experience in T&E department or customer service
• English language level allowing business communication
• Good analytical skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Good understanding of the T&E process
• Good command of Excel
• Experience working with Mobilexpense, Workday, and other T&E ERP systems
• Presenting level of commitment, responsibility, ownership
• Ability to understand customer needs
• Ability to establish priorities
