We are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our JNcQUOI team!

This position will be responsible for

  • Receive phone calls and make table reservations for our establishments;
  • Reply/follow up emails and information about our stores and event´s requests via telephone or email;
  • Redirect calls to the correct department according to the information requested;

About you

  • Previous experience in this role;
  • Experience with reservation platforms (e.g. The Fork and Cover Manager);
  • Excellent communication skills, sympathy and empathy;
  • Foreign languages knowledge (English is mandatory).

Department working hours: Monday to Sunday 10h00 - 22h00
