Support Engineer

German Speaking Technical Support Advisor

Permanent - Remote - £25,000 - £28,500 DOE

We're looking for a fluent German and English speaking Technical Support Advisor to join our growing support team.

In this role, you'll provide first-line technical support via phone, live chat, and SMS, helping customers resolve technical issues quickly and professionally. You'll manage customer accounts, support new customer onboarding, translate communications and documentation between English and German, and work closely with colleagues to maintain excellent service standards.

What we're looking for:

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Customer service experience
• Good knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems
• Basic networking knowledge
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Desirable:

• Previous technical support or helpdesk experience
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking

Location

• UK remote
• First week onsite for training
• Occasional onsite attendance required for key meetings and company events
